Hopefully the Saints can appeal and have Harper's suspension be in effect come the Playoffs.

No, but it's pretty common knowledge he'll be suspended, and he is garbage in the playoffs.

Use him correctly, and he's not bad.
He's a good blitzer, and good against the run (though he can overrun plays). He is terrible in coverage. Solid player, but has to be protected. In short, an average NFL player.
