Yeah, the whole daddy dale / ct issue makes it seem like this was a hire to appease them and other LSU alumni rather than the fans. However, I like the passion Jones has for LSU and am hopeful he can get this thing turned around.

Yes, a very nice story. I started reading it, saw how long it was and almost gave up. I am glad I didn't. With just a bit more effort, I got a nice smile out of it. Thanks.

I appreciate all of the positive responses. Thanks. I've been around here long enough to exoect the haters. I'm sorry that it was so long but I just thought that I should provide a little background to show how much Coach Jones and the other players showing up meant to those kids.

Great story.
Johnny will do well because of his love for LSU. He is a spectacular person.
The LSU fan base will be happy that they have a coach who will give everything to make this work. We as fans need to help him succeed.
