Pelicans is better than a lot of the crap people have been posting the past few days. But I think Hornets is still better.

I would assume that those that would want the Pelicans are the younger posters who do not know the history of the New Orleans Pelicans. It was the name of 2 former New Orleans baseball teams here and would not appeal to many as a basketball team name.
