no lie I heard it go off, stood up, and almost grabbed my wallet and keys and rolled out.. but I said "let me look at the panel" Good thing.
Now that I stop and think about it, when I first was promoted they told me that the alarm will auto-arm itself if I forget to arm it. But I totally forgot about that.
