I'm just so pissed at him for the way he handled his "performance pay" and how fricked we got b/c of it.
I'm sure there were better ways of creating this environment.

I mean honestly,
Saints playing Patriots in Super Bowl. Tom Brady has a very bruised shoulder. Is it that bad for a coach to remind the players "hey guys, Tom's shoulder is fricked up, lets drive that mother fricker into the ground as hard and legal within the rules of the game as much as possible."

you would think so yes.
but GW would have told them to take out Welkers ACL instead.

I'll almost bet that no outside cameras or recording devices will be allowed into the Saints locker room again.

He should have been telling them to tackle Vernon Davis instead of hurting somebody.

Actually, reading the article again makes me think that he's not out to hurt the Saints. He even pointed out that the Giants targeted the guy with the concussion. Any other DC that's worth anything would do the same and target the dude with the concussions. I know I would.

Gregg Williams and the entire Saint organization = fricking idiots. First off you know this guy is following the organization around.....THEN you keep pushing your "bounty" in front of them. I don't have a favorite NFL team, but I do enjoy watching the Saints. But, come the frick on.
ETA: I agree that it is a physical sport and most teams find the weakness of others and exploit it. However, the world is incredibly PC right now. Just not a smart move.

Atlanta ranks as one of the highest cities for child sex trafficking. Does that mean that Atlanta defends this? by your logic it does. Where are the snitches there? That "snitch mentality" you speak of is not just in NOLA. It's in the bad areas of every big city in America. It just so happens that the snitch mentality carries over in football. And not just New orleans football. It's the NFL as a whole. Former players who didn't even play for the saints are complaining about the snitches as well. Don't single New Orleans and the fans of the Saints out.

I've heard (even LSUFreek posted it in another thread) that it might have been released by Payton/Loomis to help their case today. It could be used to show that GW was rogue and that they weren't as involved as the punishment they got.
If they didn't release it - someone should be telling them to use it as such.
Regardless, point being that you can't assume it was released to be used negatively. It could have been released by the Saints to help the Saints.

You're right. I might have phrased it badly in the heat of the moment. I think the message I was trying to convey is that lately, with all the murders and crime down here - I've heard people on the news saying "I won't snitch". Then I listen to people on here and on WWL/690, etc saying "Don't be a snitch", etc. etc. etc. The mentality of "being a snitch" is just driving me mad.
Again, phrased poorly and I shouldn't have painted such a broad generalization - but maybe that clarifies?
