He's on path to be an NBA assistant. Why leave that to join a college coach on thin ice?

but I don't understand why Livingston hasn't been on this staff for the past 2 years

There is NO FUTURE with Trent Johnson!
He could hire Tex Winter in his prime; Rick Huckaby at his peak; Randy Livingston in his current state!
A fish rots from the head on down, and it is a smelly situation in LSU MBB.
TJ cannot be helped and he is clueless in the SEC!
I don't care who he hires, I just hope he gets the hell out of LSU!
Interesting that his feeble AD has not made a move to increase his time or salary eh?
Both TJ and Alleva should be fired, along with the two dud geezers who are at the top of the ladder at LSU. I hear it will go down in June, the Geezer expurgation; then Alleva will bite the dust, thereafter. It cannot come soon enough.
