I went to the concord a couple weeks ago on a friday, and at 9 me and my girl were the only ppl their... So we left and went to cullpeppers and that place went down hill also. Seemed like a bunch of ppl from kaplan...
Corcord did use to have classey ppl about 2-3 years ago, then Neal started letting them play rap music.

Neal gets a good crowd on weekends, buts its usually after 11:00pm. You may not have stayed long enough for the crowd to arrive. If nothing else, at least you got to watch Neal chain smoke and pop shots.

there was one cocktail waitress(term used loosely) and one stripper, the stripper was the waitresses daughter and walked up to us with a cup to ask for quarters
evidently they have to pay the juke box themselves to have music to dance to
