I wasn't gonna read them and my girl talked me into it. She said it wasn't just a chick book. I was surprised that the first book was really good. My question is are the other books as good and does it turn more into a love story?

There is a good amount of action in all three. Though the ending of the third feels somewhat rushed. Not sure if there is a true climax in the third book.

It rarely gets gooey, but the love triangle plays a larger role in the later books.

I have no idea about the legitimacy of the books, but I just got back and that movie sucked balls.

Reminded me of a low-rent version of Harry Potter. You know that shite's for chicks b/c all the males characters are either

a- gaping vaginas
b- cobra kai d-bags
c- very small roles (yeah, I'm talking about the black guy)
