I'm not that much of a fan of roast beef poboys, but I do like the French Dip style of sandwich with the au jus dipping sauce. Siro's on Pinhook in the Oil Center has a pretty good one.

There really aren't any places in lafayette to get a good roast beef poboy, that includes Chris'

I may never find out because I can't get past the oyster poboys. The last oyster poboy I had there a couple of weeks back was quite possibly the best I've ever had.

Has it really been closed that long? Hotel Acadiana, and the bar was appropriately named. If I was really needing a piece, I'd drive over on a Friday or Saturday night for as close to guaranteed action as any place I've ever been. The women were always friendly. OK, desperate.
