Thoughts?
Hadn't watched it in a while so I just put it in. One of my favorites.

Good movie, but it appears no one remembers the fifth of November anymore. It's like that day was skipped on the calendar last year.

its the movie that you forget about and every time you watch it, you say its one of the best..... then you forget about it.... then watch it and say its the best... repeat over and over again.....

your joking right? 9-5-11 was one of the biggest days in college sports history

Did not care for it. Actually, have not liked any of the wachowski brothers movies outside the first matrix.
And the lesbian scene in bound was okay.

I am joking of course in reference to our game against Bama not counting (yes, I'm still bitter
But what does 9-5-11 have to do with the fifth of November?

Great movie. I hadn't heard much about it and watched it shortly after it came out on dvd, what a good flick.

You really are accurate.
What I also love about it is that it confirms my obsession with Natalie Portman

Definitely. I strongly recommend this movie to anyone that hasn't seen it.
He's great with those knives too! That part toward the end is bad arse.

I saw it a bunch of times pretty soon after the first time I saw it

It does get slow in the middle, but I refer to it as the recoup period. One of my favorites too. I just hate the Guy Fawkes mask now.

top 10 movie of the 2000s, IMHO
It tackled the issue of justified violence/terrorism at a crucial time in our current political/societal climate. The philosophical aspect plus the "cool factor" of the movie and you have a damn fine piece of cinema.
