since the ps3 has fewer teams i imagine we will be able to divy up teams easily. i'll go last if that's what people want

i'm cool with going random. I wasn't on board with calling team anyway, even though i got chelsea. are we going with these? official? final?

Are we doing group stage, season to knockout, or just straight double elim knockout? And 6 minute half on professional (standard online)?

if we're playing with the best v the best, it isn't that lopsided. maybe spain, but real/barca are a lot better rated than brazil

ETA Random would work for me. We could also do a draft if anyone isn't cool with randoms.
ETA2 Although a draft would essentially be the same thing as random. You are randomly assigned a draft order but get to choose your team based on the designated parameters.

Im not scared of barca, everyone I play online uses them. With ps3 we should have enough equally matched teams. Ps3 we can pull off international tourney.

I think random or a draft order is the way to go. Dibs is just dumb to me. I'm cool though with the team I got randomly though. Maybe allowing people to trade teams after the random selection might be an idea.

Okay, I am cool with the random thing, but tbh I liked the idea of a 4 star open tourney. I don't mind being assigned a team for a 5 star tournament because you don't want everyone selecting barca and real. What's the final decision on UCL style vs straight bracket double elimination? Tournament starts on sunday? I can play after 7pm. Trying to get this straight because this is gonna be a big clusterfrick trying to get everyone to play their games.

So if we have 14 people for xbox, How are we going to do it? 2 groups of 7 and then top 3 from each group. Cmon Fidel, we need to iron this out if you want to play on Sunday.
