This deer was killed about a half mile from the buck I was hunting. It scored in the low 170's. My cousin sent the pic because he thought it was the one I was hunting. While similiar.. mine had much longer brow tines, had more mass and much more palmation.



This is billed as a new record 8 killed this year in Iowa I believe... not sure.



I know everyone doubts when they hear someone make a claim such as mine..I'm the same way. I did see the deer three times up close.. I know what I was hunting.
