Mexes with a little "dark arts" there on V. Persie

RvP took a little Irishman's click-o-the-heels leap though. Maybe if he hadn't try to sell it so hard he would've gotten sympathy

This commentator has it spot on. Djourou really isn't good enough to be anything more than a backup for a big club like Arsenal. No way he should be getting CL minutes. The guy has no awareness on the pitch, not even a solid defender. People always hoping he would improve since he's young, but hes always injured and hasn't improved near enough.

Why are we so snakebit on defense? Sagna, and Gibbs both lost to long injuries. Vermaelen out all last season and plenty of time this season. Now losing Mertesacker and Kos. Sigh

So the announcer is saying Djourou is what he is? Brilliant.

Maybe Song needs to play further forward, 2nd match in a row where he's had the best pass of the match.

Don't mean to derail this depressing thread, but does anyone know if Man City Porto will be on fsc or goltv tomorrow? Tia
