Well according to Orangebloods LSU has no shot at him, and basically LSU can't take anybody that they really want. I really want this kid, not only is he very talented, but it would really piss them off.

I really don't understand where their confidence comes from. Is it their two years in a row of close to .500 ball? Maybe that dominating win they had against a shitty Cal team in the Who Cares bowl?

Not to mention they have like 3 former 5 star WR's and a 5 star RB and still have a pathetic offense.

Because some guys just don't want to go anywhere else but instate? Even when the program sucks? Why did the DE Ward stay instate to Mississippi when he could've went to somewhere like Bama/LSU?

Kind of funny how we got Rasco when Texas really wanted him. Also kind of funny we got Shepard when they really wanted him. There are also a couple of kids in Texas they really want this year that we can beat them for. There is truth to that statement in most cases though especially with Texas kids. They usually get who they want regardless of who else wants them. If a school does beat them they'll just say they didn't want them or pulled the offer because of connections to a street agent. In other word no school can ever beat them for a kid in their minds.

Oh, I understand that perfectly but the whole thing boils down to the fact that LSU found the winning pitch. I also don't think all Texas fans are the way I described earlier but that sentiment does cover up the good Longhorn fans. I frequent Longhorn sites daily and really like quite a few of the fans and insiders but the entitled attitude of the fanbase as a whole is ridiculous. Also the way they throw around baseless rumors and categorize isolated incidents as a huge epidemic such as the dirty programs in their minds. If a program was once dirty then in their minds they're always dirty. Funny thing about that is that Texas used to be as dirty as anyone but now are supposed to be squeaky clean. The cartel of hs coaches they have is as bad as anything done elsewhere aside from pay for play.

I also didnt know where Jake Raulerson was going for the last 6 months until this week.
Some kid's are just horns. If Mack pushes this kid, he's going to Texas.
I really don't get why everyone is falling over themselves, though. He's a tweener right now. Yall are getting Desean Smith at TE and yall will have better DE choices.

Jones is a great talent.
At WR he could be a big target that we haven't had.

Or it could be that they were in the BCS CG in 2009 and won 10 games, 10 years in a row before that
