Is the Euro totally imploding?

My lord, the dollar index is 81.22, I remember a couple months ago it was around 74 or 73. Ever since Europe's gone to shite it's been on a slow rise.

It's been around these levels many times before so I don't think just because it's at these levels mean anything significant. The bigger deal is obviously the sovereign debt individual countires have taken on that puts the orgnazation in jeopordy... in my non-expert opinion.

When I was in Europe in June the Dollar was still lower the the Euro.. Picked the wrong damn time to go.
