Why is the Sugar Bowl the only BCS game not to color their entire endzones? I wish they would do that, it looks so much better.

Because the Rose, Orange, and Fiesta fields look so much better than the crappy Sugar Bowl!

Well, the Mercedes Benz Superdome has 3 really big games in a one week span. They aren't worried about the endzones as much as they are worried about other things that come with hosting a Sugar Bowl, NFC Playoff Game, and BCS National Title game all within 7 days.

I've heard something about the turf getting slick when it's painted so they don't color the whole end zone

The Saints don't either

The rose bowl has the best looking field by far.
