Deer processing around Baton Rouge

I normally take my deer to Bergeron's, but they have just gotten too expensive. Any suggestions?

They may be a little high, but to me they are hands down the best when it comes to their sausage. If u find a cheaper place that is comparable in taste, let us know so I can have an alternative in the future.

I typically take mine to Tramonte's and they do a good job

The Cook Shack in Livingston makes some good stuff.
