So Portland comes out on Monday, says Brandon Roy if fine and is likely going to start... he retires on Friday
They say Greg Oden is doing well and pick up his qualifying offer.... and the next day he likely wont play all year

Oden looked like he was walking with a limp at the OSU/Duke game... did they not give him a physical?

At least it said that the contract signed is independent of the 8.9 million dollar qualifying offer. So hopefully it was a cheaper contract in good faith.

I feel for the blazers. A healthy Roy and Durant could've been filthy with that supporting cast. Portland is a great NBA town when the Blazers are relevant, too
