They don't lack talent.They lack motivation and desire.Most of their best players are in their 1st year playing in college.Quite a few of their freshman could play at LSU easily.The next coach has a nice foundation to build on if the kids stay at Ole Miss.

Nutt is a recruiting roadblock usually. It's really the 4 year program. 1-2 bad, 1-2 okay, 1 good teams.
Ole Miss is simply retarded though. They should have kept Cutcliffe years ago. Nutt brings a strong team 1 in 4 years.
