The subject was also transported to the local hospital with two broken arms, a broken ankle, a broken leg, several missing teeth, possible broken ribs, multiple contusions, assorted lacerations, a broken nose and a broken jaw...injuries he sustained when he slipped and fell off of the curb after stabbing the Marine.
If this happened a little more often, tripping on curbs i mean, there might be less incentives to commit crimes.
I hope Sandsicko spends a long life in prison.... a very long life.... in prison.

Don't plan on McQueary and the 2002 incident to be a major part of the prosecutions case. They have too many holes in the story, plus the abused has not come forward. I think the child in the shower incident is now 19 today FYI.
My point is the prosecutors are better off allowing the abused to testify instead on the PSU All-Star team.

what if the 2002 victim is on the football team? hmmm...

Never thought of that before. Standusky reportedly told some of the past victims they could walk on when they got older?

What would really be ironic is that the kid would not only be on the football team, but coached by the scum that witnessed the incident and did nothing.

no Im just saying that as an attorney (at least for me) you have to level with your clients about the realistic outcome of a civil or criminal matter, no matter what your public or legal stance is. Does that make better sense?

Well, while we are speculating I think he may be a huge part in the case. In fact, I think the reason he is still on staff is because of legal issues .....possibly whistle blower status. It would make sense that the reason everyone else is gone, and McQueary is still on staff is because a supervisor(s) made him sit on the story.

Any defense attorney worth his salt will shred his testimony. Why didnt you call the police? How could you walk away from a kid in that situation? Are you positive that you saw all these things? How long did you sit and watch? Why didnt you confront the defendant?
No way a prosecutors going to make him a star witness. You have 10-15 other abused children you can charge. He is the weakest part of the case IMO.

he won't be the star witness against Sandusky, but his testimony will be icing on the cake after all of hte victims testify. You can pick apart one person's account but when 15-20 different people all come up telling a very similar story the jury will have no doubt.
As for charges against the admin at PSU for the coverup MM could be a very key witness. He knows what was said in those meetings.
