I was going to mention that, I got mine living in NYC (not Detroit). They can tell where you are requesting from and as shady as it is, probably didn't allow requests from Louisiana ...
I guess I was lucky, got 4 for $91 each plus the $10 fee. Section 303. Lucky I got the 4th because everyone needs a ticket regardless of age (even babies) so I can take family ...
