That was crazy what Tyler did to Daniel. Emily really needs to figure him out and get him OUT! Also now she has to include Frank in her "revenge" since looks like he's going after her Nolan.

Frank won't join up because he is still loyal to Victoria. Emily will take care of him since he is too independent in this. He knows too much.
He has to pick a side in this. It's either Victoria or Emily. Victoria doesn't want him and there is no indication he'll listen to Emily. So Emily has to get rid of him because he knows too much and is independent.
If not Emily, Conrad will take care of him because again he knows too much.
Frank is a loose cannon.

Have they yet covered specifically how Conrad and Victoria got their millions (billions?). We know there was a plane crash, and some kind of fraud involved w/ Emily's father, but what specifically went down?

If this turns out to be the case, Tyler would be a grade a pos if he did this.
I hope I never have a friend like him ever.
Then again Tyler is not a friend, he's just a spineless rat that is looking for the easy way out and Daniel is just a means to an end for him.

Frank should have been part of her revenge plot all along since he was complicit up to his eyeballs in her father's conviction.
I think she miscalculated with Frank. She should have sent the surveillance video to the police and been done with him.
Even now its crazy to think Frank can threaten her or Nolan when they hold his fate in their hands.

Exactly. Either there's a plot twist I don't see or this is an example of severely poor writing. There is no way she would have allowed Frank to walk away unscathed.

Again you're correct. Why would Frank believe he's in any kind of position to threaten this chick? The reality is, after his scare, Nolan would have a copy of that video on some detective's desk within an hour.

Finally got to watch this episode.
I still say tyler is gay and is in love with daniel. He looked like he was going to kiss daniel in the bed after drugging him and got mad when daniel said"get off of me".
The surviellance camera thing bugs me. Nolan is smart enough to do all the shite he does yet, he doesn't consider the building my have cameras? With his "talents" he could have easily hacked in and wiped out the part including him.
I loved how emily shot down everything gay tyler was claiming. made him look like the fraud he is.

I'm getting a "Talented Mr. Ripley" vibe from Tyler... he's posing as a rich guy but is really a con-man. There is a little bit of this vibe of maybe he's also in love with Daniel but I'm not 100% convinced of that. It could be that he's just creepy-close in an almost "SWF" way, trying to take over his life...
Frank is scary. I hope Emily knows some martial arts!

He is a con man. Emily called him out on his bullshite on that double date remember(best part of the episode imo). I bet he never even actually attended college with Daniel, just posed as a fellow college kid and befriended Daniel. He can't have Daniel get all responsible now cause that ruins things for him.
