Is it me or did Muschamp give LSU no credit at all?

Last week after the bama game he went on and on about how great Alabama was and how they "would see them again" yet this week, from the comments I saw at least, he gave LSU no credit and instead talked about all the "mistakes" Florida made.

typical of every team we've played thus far... they all seem so confused as to how they keep making mistakes against us.

While it seems like the fans of these teams are doing that on here, most of the coaches we have played have given us major props

its time for these teams to face the fact.

Les Miles is a top notch coach... top 3 IMO,

in no particular order Miles, Saban, Stoops. These are the best teams, the best coaches, the best recruiters.

In fairness, I'm sure he has a ton more appreciation/respect for a coach who taught him and set-up his career, rather than one he doesn't even know.

i think muschamp's persona of being a badass asst. coach is not translating very well as a head coach. his pr guys need to get to work. public communication counseling needs to be a high priority; when miles was going thru a tough stretch, he used the "confuse everyone by creative verbage" strategy while muschamp is using the "throw players under the bus" strategy. saban bordered on that strategy but he did it constructively by clearly communicating his "process" bull shite and setting a higher bar but his protege (so his resume' states, i am sure) is stuck on the "i and i alone have power over many lives and will freely exercise that because i am omnipotent and do not wipe blood off of my face when i get a bobo" type thing.

Good point but supposedly most coordinators that work for Saban develop hatred for him, not love. Thats why they all leave after a couple of years.

The reason could be that after that beat down, reality set in and he wished to talk about only the things under his control, that he could fix, was the Florida mistakes. No point in talking about second meetings when the whole team is in perceived , and maybe real, shambles.

He probably assumed, correctly, that everyone knew that LSU was just a superior team and flat out dominated Florida and that it didn't need to be stated again.

Don't think that's accurate. Watch Fisher, he mimics Saban's style even in his speech patterns. Almost everything i have read indicates they give him major props. Dooley and Muschamp followed him to Miami.

Well, what do you really expect? They came in with their 3rd string true Freshman QB and no Demps. I feel like that combined with a beatdown by Bama last week caused them to come in with their tail between their legs.
LSU scored very quickly off of short fields, and never had to look over their shoulder. LSU won just like they have all season.

I think you're thinking of Miles, i.e. Jimbo and Crowton.

Agreed! He is Kiffin 2.0 His defenses at UT the past few yrs have been awful considering the amount of talent UT has!

IMO, the fact that UT is NOT a perennial top 5 program (no excuse for ANY off yrs with their talent base and having 4 and 5 * guys begging to play for them) speaks volumes about how good of a coach Brown and Muschamp are.

The staff and former staff loves Miles. He will not fire his people unless he absolutely has to. Miles goes out of his way to let his staff find other opportunities prior to letting them go (See Mallory, Peveto, Crowton, etc...) He had every right to fire those guys based on poor performance.

Jimbo left bc he wanted the opportunity to be a head coach.
