Does the piquante refrigerate well and reheat okay? I was thinking about doing it the night before. And BTW, who plays with a mikasa volleyball unless you play that indoor girly vball.

I honestly wouldn't. If you finish cooking at 10 Friday night, I'd cover lid and just shut er down and bring out to tailgate and fire back up first thing in the AM. It will be cool enough outside to let sit for about 8 hours.
