I love salads!--The less excited version :(

Is anyone obsessed with salads like I am? If I could eat one food forever and ever, it would be salad (which is broad considering all the kinds of salads). I LOVE them. Crisp, crunchy Caesar.. leafy sweet spinach with goat cheese, nuts, fruit.. broccoli slaw.. etc. etc.
I love them. And don't you put meat in my salad.. don't mess up that goodness for me! Just salady yumness.
What is your all time favorite salad?

My favorite, thanks to the wonderful Glassman, is roasted beet salad. Ever since my first one, I order them at any restaurant they're offered.

I love caesar salads. I like other kinds OK and eat them from time to time, but caesar is the only one I ever crave.

I love salads too but I can't handle the big, crisp, crunchy pieces. Tears me up. Spinach is my friend.

See, for some reason I love the super crunchy pieces. Most people hate iceberg lettuce but I crave it more than leafier lettuces. My favorite though is hearts of romaine. Still crispy, but better than iceberg.

i like salads a lot...and i LOVE roasted beets! fresh out of the oven, or chilled afterwards, with a bit of white wine vinegar...
