Lee has done a great job this year for our team. I think he deserves a standing ovation when he enters the field. He has had to put up with alot these last couple of years. Yet he stood strong, as a good leader does, and led this team to a 4-0 record. Lets show how much we care for a kid who has represented himself, and LSU in a positive light. Go Lee, Go Tigers!!!!!

JL is a good qb who happens to be playing on a "team" that is playing at a very high level. he really has done nothing extraordinary (other than to do his job) and to label him the best qb in the SEC is IMHO....premature.

This "team" and staff deserves a standing ovation for their present body of work and to try and single out one cog in this machine is ludicrous.

Lee is not the best in the SEC, but I have no problem giving any and all of our players a standing O. Probably just because I'm not a piece of shite.

This may happen. The best JJ can hope for is silence at this point and given our idiot fan base.

I hope Lee continues the great job he has done this year, because I really believe he has a shot of getting drafted at the higher level. Good luck to you Lee, you are a true leader and great representation of what we need at LSU.

I was so inspired that I just stood in my office whistling, clapping, chanting "Jarrett Lee, Jarrett Lee."

Now my staff thinks I'm insane.

Standing ovation? Are you not already standing when the players enter the field?

NOW that's what I'm talking about! This is the ultimate comeback to the thread about giving JJ a standing ovation when he enters the game. Well written - great post! Sometimes we tend to overlook the obvious.

The season just seems to get better and better each week. I hope the Tigers play another focused football game this morning. I'll be traveling to Arlington, TX but listening on XM.
