I chose him because at his height 6'5" he holds the WR in a sport that should be dominated by shorter sprinters. In the last 40 yrs the 100 meters WR only changed by .37 seconds. I dont know the limits of the human body, but I would dare to say we are close to that limit.

6'5" may be on the tall side, but the greatest sprinters in track and field have typically been over six feet.
