WFDT (Friday Edition)

Hitting up happy hour so I am not sure what we will grub on. After the food trucks last night, I could probably use a salad.

HIJACK: R2R...I had a burrito from that Filipino taco place. Filipino BBQ Pork, brown rice, veggies, and a fried egg. shite was money!!

Good. I couldn't make it right now. See you at 8.

Walmarts version of Digiorno frozen pizza.

Had lunch with a friend so didn't want to make dinner.
On the way home from Shreveport I picked up Chinese for the wife.

China Inn in Bossier City is a great little buffet on Texas St. and Airline. The owner always gives me a big bag of broken fortune cookies to bring home to the dogs.

She said almost 5% of the cookies she gets from her supplier are broken in shipment. Dogs don't care. They love em and don't want to know what their fortune slip says.

friend got a coja china (cajun microwave) and roasted a pig last week. gave me some leftover pork.

chopped the pork, mixed it with chopped onions and grated cheddar and jack cheeses. got some frontera (rick bayless) green enchilada sauce and layered it all with corn tortillas for some kick arse enchiladas.

throw in some homeade guac, nana's cocina chips and spanish rice = good dinner.

Just tore up Doe's forthe first time. I think I'm going to head into a good coma after eating that huge steak.
