Highly recommend johnson's boucaniere.

One of the following with a link of boudin and you're set

Begnaud Special

$7.95

Campos Special
Slow-smoked pulled pork sandwich with smoked garlic pork sausage topped with our homemade BBQ sauce.
$7.45

Usually have a pretty good lunch special. (lunch portion of a dinner entree usually).

Also Charlie G's and 2Paul's BBQ

Plate Lunch's:

LeBeouf's
Pop's Black Pot
T-Coon's
Norbert's
Earl's
Laura II's
Gallagher's
Dwight's
Poche's is in Breaux Bridge but worth the trip. Best etouffee you can find

Still, I'd recommend Johnson's Bouciere. Near the Cathedral downtown.

If your headin east out of town, check out Poches north of the Breaux Bridge exit, pick up some stuffed pork chops or crawfish etouffe for later.

See, that's the thing about this system. We pool our advice together for those asking but we rarely hear feedback.

I, too, find this annoying. Let's just withhold info until the OP promises to report back if we give suggestions.
