I should go all the way to Cabela's to spend my $25 gift card.

What's over there that I might need for a beach trip I'm leaving for a week from tomorrow? Anything that's worth the gas?

I've only been there once. Fill me in...

You shouldn't. I work close to Cabela's and stopped in one day...waste of time.

Free fudge is almost too good to be true.

Not only is the fudge good, but I think they have a great Gun Library. The fishing section is impressive and the staff is very helpful. I think Cabela's is better than BPS

Man I actually think the fishing section at Cabela's is incredibly lacking...at least the freshwater selection.

The saltwater as well. They have a ton of stuff, but you can never find what you need. BPS>Cabelas in just about every department IMO

I really only go there for stuff on sale. I felt like a boss when I walked out Tuesday with their last Curado for $139.99

I find it's not geared enough towards the things we need and use down here in South Louisiana. And yes, BPS is much better.

Anywhere in Louisiana. Seemed like it was mostly casual clothes and home stuff.

You know if Z's has a big selection of saltwater stuff? I never really looked at his saltwater section when I go and I need to pick up some more soft plastics for the weekend

The layout of Cabelas is way to wide open. Not as big of a staff as BPS and not as much cool shite to look at. I will give them props on the better aquarium and game room though.

You could get an ice chest for you beach trip.

Or you could order online, although you not get it in time for your trip.

I've never really taken a real close look at his selection for saltwater but I would bet that he has everything you're looking for. His brother saltwater fishes heavily.
