Played in high school with this guy. I know he's only playing at Xavier, but his highlights are sick. LSU has struggled from outside the last couple of years and this guy can really fill it up from outside. I remember in high school when he made 10 3's in 2 quarters. Scored 36 points in the first half and we all sat the second half.

Just curious, why is thar a miss? Like what made him so special over the guys they have on scholarship, who did just as well in high school?

Ummm the fact that he would be better than any of our 2's and 3's except possibly Turner! Of course that probably would thwart TJ's 4 stiffs on the floor at a time policy if Turner and Harvey were on the floor at the same time.

In your haste to frick up every recruiting thread with coach bashing, have you taken a moment to realize that Harvey has already completed his eligibility at NAIA level Xavier-New Orleans?

Whether LSU missed out on him or not (I think not), that is an issue to be taken up with the previous coaching staff.

Michael Harvey got out of Amite in 2007 you goofy bastard. Brady was at LSU at that time, not Trent.

The only local shooter LSU has missed out on in recent years was Luke Zumo.

You most likely could. I'm like 5'11 and can't jump very well.

I could put together a video of Alex Farrer highlights at LSU and make him look good, youtube highlight videos are weak evidence of someones game

I completely agree with that, but trust me this guy can flat out shoot the ball. At 6'3 I think he could have been an asset for LSU and the 2. He's also very quick and a good defender.

And AmiteWarrior04 after looking at you Bio I'm pretty sure I'm related to your wife.

Whomever missed on him he still would be a huge improvement over everyone on the floor this year except for Turner, More to the point of why Trent cant put players on the floor who are better than the guys at Xavier. Brady or Trent but Trent has put the last 3 classes on the floor and so far the only ones he has recruited that are better than a player from Xavier is Turner and hopefully O'Bryant, Not much in 4 classes! 1 sec caliber player every two classes?

Still not clear on what your basis is for this comment (other than blind hate for the current staff). Have you looked at this kid's stats? Considered the competition? What about his defense and rebounding?

Apparently LSU should base their recruiting on YouTube highlights.

So still no basis for an argument. Great, thanks.
