i hear people talking about different versions...this is the one on Netflix...."The Human Centipede: First Sequence" Is this the one i need to see?

I have seen the netflix version and this movie is fricking atrocious. I am amazed that there is more then one person in this thread that said it is an interesting movie. The stupidity of the characters alone is enough to ruin it for me and thats just the start. I will say the Dr. is one of the weirdest/scariest looking humans I have ever seen.

yeah, that's the one I watched (the one on Netflix)... And despite this thread's existence, don't go in expecting some All-time great movie. The only reason I was pleasantly surprised is because I go through so many shitty movies on Netflix that I'm pleasantly surprised when one is decent enough to keep me entertained throughout.
I gave it 3 stars.

I watched this last night. I thought it was creative...disturbing and very unique. BIG THUMBS UP!! I'm not into the torture/porn genre but this was entertaining.

Not at all. It's really not that bad.
The movie overall was decent IMO. It's one of those I wanted to just watch because I was curious about it, and it fed into my morbid curiosity side. The plot is obviously disturbing, but it's nothing you shouldn't be able to sit through.
I do agree that there were times when the centipede characters simply made horrible decisions though.

Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence) begins filming in June. I wonder what the full sequence will be..
