That's because you're getting owned up in this thread.

Start Mett...and i'm from destrehan
But you probably never like him at all.

The logic is flawed and maybe tainted, "Start Mett"-after a non contact on the QB spring game vs a fast viscious,SEC game or PAC Ten leader for that matters-over the QB who gave up his FR redshirt year, for a desperate situation, has taken a huge amount of punishment, but never punked out, taken booing from the home crowd and subsequently one of the things he has done is, saved LM from a career damaging lost to Big Bad Bama and Nick Saban, because inspite of everthing and the killer competition- he played unshaken.
Some people hope or think in their feverous mind, LMs is going to slap a player in the face who has given his all; by starting a Johnny Come Lately player out of the gate. Besides he is unprove-sure he's big he passes good in practice, spring game practice etc, and beat up on some small time FR and SO in Juco. But, wait until he does well against the,mad bad big boys, before you crown him "saver" . Wait until he get's his chance, and Miles will make the best call, The "JJ has done nothing","is nothing" "Implications", comes across as a intentional ungratefullness or just plan MALICE.Seeds that are not good along the way.

So now being critical of Jefferson's play is not only racist but it is committing a malice act?

Stats don't mean a whole lot without timing.

Good stats in easy games,=nothing pertinent vs good stats in hard games = something pertinent

I was foolish to believe that winning 11

With good qb play, it could have easily been 13.....think about it before you give blowjobs to JJ cause we had 11 wins.

Cam was handed the keys

While that was true, it's also true Aub loss their Sr/starting QB to graduation before Cam's arrival and his competition for the starting job was 2 guys who between them threw the ball bout 30 times the year before.

And with all due respect to Mett, I haven't seen/heard/read anything to make me think he's Cam like in any way....but hey...IF he is that's great for him/LSU/us and I have no doubt he will start.

@CP3LSU25

NM,I thought this was a list of current players who don't approve of their QB as the title suggests.

So you wouldn't support lee as the starter if miles made him the starter?

I support him

Do you think you know more than les miles about football?

no and I don't think anyone on this forum knows more about LSU football personell than Les Miles

quote:

Why would you question his decision to make lee the starter?

I would think that Lee must have made vast improvements in his ability to be a SEC QB and would be very excited about the teams propects

Now why can't you people do the same for JJ Jefferson?

JJ had his best games in the two biggest games of the season: vs Bama, very big game obviously, and in the cotton bowl, secured LSU a good finish and decent spot in the final polls. JJ seems to perform his best under pressure and not meaningless spring games.
