Today's review is on Tigerbait Grill. Has Ouncey
closed Uncle O's? I'm asking because the review
states that Tigerbait Grill is the only rest-
aurant on that stretch of S Harrell's Ferry Rd.
I thought he was in a house type building across
from his old place? TIA!

Crap. Thought you'd have a link.

Advocate restaurant reviews are always a fun read, but they tend to be a pain in the arse to find on their goofy website.

So sorry, I looked @ the Advocate this AM before
I left home. I have avoided the road work around
there for awhile ...

The review is fine, but it is amazing how poor the writing is.

It's hard to get a handle on the point of view here.

quote:

Everything looks really homemade,” remarked one guest

the diner wished for a little more rice.

We want to try that on our next visit.

It was pronounced to be excellent.

Apparently a pulse, an oral orifice and a word processor are the only requirements for an Advocate food critic.

The Tigerbait Grill used to be Ouncey's. (Uncle O's). But now Ouncey has a small place right across the street. It's primarily a take-out kind of shop. Open for lunch, does catering.
