I would guess that the family made the money they were looking for, got a good deal to sell, and then the new owners failed and shut down. From what I remember about the business owned by that family, that was the typical procedure.

The Cajun Blaze was REALLY good, but they also had a 'Crawfish Tyme' that was out of this fn world...delish

I know Steven.. real nice folks.. Didn't their family have some kids that were held by the Mexican police a few years ago? It was a stink because they were just crossing a bridge while they were on a hunting trip.. Don't remember the whole story..

It's a huge family. BIM III had 8 kids and has over 60 grandchildren.
BIM IV did Burger Tyme, Sonny's BBQ and bought the Coyote Blues concept. The family is now in control of Coyote Blues.
