If I remember correctly, when they found out the family were business people, they were held in a Mexican jail longer.. They always say, don't get stuck in jail in Mexico..

This would be the answer to all the best burger threads. Peter's (Boulet/PJ's) Cajun Burger isn't quite as good but he was the master of it while working for Moody. He also was on the money with the aforementioned Bon Temps Poulet Chicken/Sandwich. Not sure who made the decision, after Boulet left, to buy Sam's/Sysco quality frozen patties, but place went to shite quickly. The rest as they say is history.
