Who has the best stone ground grits in BR? I'm thinking about making Besh's cheese grits from My New Orleans.

Also, has anyone tried this recipe or have any other suggestions on different recipes?

*i'm looking to cook them myself, not order them. not sure if my first post didn't make that clear.

T.F. Bonnecase used to sell stone ground grits and the BR Farmer's market (too late for today).

Next closest I could find were yellow grits at Whole Foods.

Whole Foods, I believe, has a good selection of grits.

2 cups chicken broth
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup shoe peg corn
1 cup yellow grits (not instant)
3-4 tblsp real butter

Bring chick broth and butter to a boil.
Add cream, return to boil.
Slowly whisk in grits and then add corn
Reduce heat and simmer 5-6 min
Season to taste with sea salt and cracked pepper
