Agree. This is where the game will be won if Ohio State wins:
Arky Rush D #69
Ohio State Rush O #14

According to your own posters your secondary is friggn awful and your punt/kick return coverage as well.

I didn't mean to imply our secondary is awful. It's just the weakest part of our D and Mallet's really good, so if he gets time, he can shred it (like most secondaries in the country). It's still good, though. But yeah, our kick coverage is awful.

I feel like they've gotten better, but :+1:

I love having Hall as a return man though.

Thicken your skin, Piggie. It's just banter. There's a month to go before the game.

I just hope that this game does not turn into a Florida or LSU game they we played a few years ago. Ohio State better bring their A-game to have a chance to win and compete.

My unknown fear is, our schedule, I really don't know how good we really are. Yes, our stats look good, but, like everyone has been saying...look against who.

Wisconsin is the high ranked team we played, and we lost big. Miami, turned out to weaken our SOS, and all those 7-5 teams...how good are they really.

For those reasons, this is why I an nervous. Arkansas is a very good and a very scary team for The Buckeyes, and I hope we play like we did last year against Oregon.

Here is to a great game, I am very excited about this game since this is the first time that Arkansas and Ohio State has ever played.

When they've played elite teams in the past 2 years they've been up to the task. I don't see Arkansas embarassing Ohio State. They may win but they're going to have to earn it over 4 quarters.

I agree, Arkansas is also very new to the big game atmosphere. I think they may have some stage fright early. Should be a great game though.

This is my biggest worry. At least in the 1st quarter. I am telling myself that the LSU-Bama-Auburn games are pretty damn big atmospheres and that it won't be much different. (dont tell me any different-I won't listen. lol)Of course our two losses were to two of those teams.

Its different when you go through a month of practice, then a week on site, having to go to sponsor events, Q&A sessions, etc etc. Finding the right balance of business but soaking it all in is what coaches can struggle with. I won't pretend like OSU has some secret formula for it all though.

I don't understand this schedule thing at all.

Just because LSU went 10-2 IMO doesn't make them that great. They lost to the 2 best teams on their schedule....and they beat what team that OSU wouldn't have beaten at home? Bama had some lapses on D in that game that probably lost it for them.

Auburn won all their huge games, aside from Bama's meltdown, at home. When good/great teams have gone on the road this year at tough environments, the results have NOT been pretty

Alabama won at Arkansas so that is debatable. What's not is those were the two biggest road games and the offense sucked in both. A great team would find a way to win one of those or at least not look like shite.

No it wasn't quality. LSU looked flat out dumb most of the time. Our safety knocked out our own CB, letting Arky get a TD on the last play of the half on a short pass. Arkansas was much better coached although they made some mistakes too. Auburn wasn't as quality as it looked either. Our offense couldn't do shite against a suspect Auburn defense and they could have scored at the end if they wanted to.

Well that's what I'm saying, until the bowl games are played it's hard to tell who the best teams are end of the season

Interesting point.

I've been on a couple of Arkansas forums and I believe there was a thread with quotes from Petrino saying that Arkansas was going to be on "lock down" in New Orleans. That could backfire in a huge way and they could come out tight as a drum as a result.
