TCU has faced 2 ranked opponents, while LSU has faced .. count them 5 and is 4-1 against them.

The combined records of all of TCU's opponents this year is a whopping 43-50. Yes, "Quality" opponents right.

LSU schedule so far is a combined 51-30.

In the words of John McEnroe..."You cannot be serious" that TCU gets all of this love, and LSU is trailing this team in the polls.

Wow! Great post. It would be murder if a 12-0 TCU got in over a 11-1 LSU. The SEC should secede.

They may be good, but you have to play and beat good teams to prove it...and they haven't.

There really is no comparison between the resumes of LSU and TCU.

I like them, but I get sick and tired of the bullshite talk about them and Boise.

I'll add that Utah (ranked #5 at the time they played) has beaten one top 25 team all year and it took OT to do it.

Both TCU and Bosie State employ the same offense. Put a good athlete at WR and have them outrun the secondary. Throw ball to WR.

Of course, that type of offense scores tons of points, but won't work against athletic defenses.

TCU and Boise State's defenses are geared how our football team prepared in High School. The opposing team has maybe 1 or 2 players that you practice to stop. In Big Boy college football(LSU, Auburn, SEC,etc.) you have to account for all position players.

TCU and Boise State does a very good job at saying 'Well, we can only play our schedule'. What they're not saying is 'We made our schedule super easy so we can win a lot of games.'

I have no problem with TCU being ranked where they are. They are very solid with ZERO weaknesses. Hell...UTAH looked like a bunch of high school kids next to TCU. TCU is big, fast and physical and would fit nicely in the SEC.

They cant help that they are in a crappy conference this year. I wouldnt want to play them this year...I think we lose.

Voters side with preseason rankings and intangible feelings about who is the "best" before actual accomplishments.

I am one of the biggest SOS pushers around...

But the computers include all that and most of them have TCU > LSU. And they don't even include the fact that TCU has been destroying their opponents while LSU has had multiple close calls.
