Am I the only one embarrassed?

...that we are 7-0, ranked 6th in the country, but our weekly coaches show has to cut off the callers for all the questionable coaching decisions and outright rudeness bashing from the last guy? It's just sort of ironic to me that some of our fans are like this, yet probably the same one's that question why the national media doesn't give us any respect.

Because the coach doesn't answer the questions and doesn't try to defend the indefensible (starting JJ over JL given the stats).

Wait til he decides not to take callers at all (like many other coaches)....than they'll really be pissed.

Nah, the ones that criticize Coach Miles know why the national media do not give LSU respect. (I'm not saying that the national media is right, but the Miles bashers know the perception of him around the country)

Sorry, but the Media is right. As long as JJ is starting and getting the majority of snaps, We're not going to contend for a title. This is where the hostility towards les is coming from.
Please don't respond w/ the tired argument of, "the coaches know better than the stupid fans." The stats are there for everyone to see. The criticism is more than warranted.

The media doesn't respect us for the same reason the callers are calling in with the questions they have, but I guess 1+1=2 is hard for some people...

I think it's funny, but at the same time, it's pretty ridiculous and awkward.
People keep using the same excuse over and over again like "Why doesn't he just answer the question??!! Why is he starting Jefferson??!! This wouldn't happen if he'd answer the question!!"
Miles doesn't have to answer anything and owes nothing to any measly fan.....because remember, that's what you are........
He doesn't even give the media, the people that get paid to find out, a straight answer as to why he starts Jefferson.
People act like they deserve answers after acting the way they do.

It is a shame how many LSU "fans" find nothing poisitive and seem to never be happy unless they are calling for a coach to be fired.
My "time" goes back to the end of the Charlie Mac era and fans were calling for his head every time he lost to Bama... which everybody else was losing to them too, BTW.
Generations of LSU "fans" have grown up listening to their parents bitch and moan and complain about coaching and wanting the head coach fired.... it's in their genes, unfortunately.
I say cheer FOR the team, support the COACH and the program and stop complaining and bitching.
I can recall a whole lot of people in ~2005 and 2006 that saw this white guy running back #18 playing and just bitching week in and week out how slow he was and that he should NOT be playing... well that dude was pretty special and the coaches saw that... the blind "fans" could not get past their bias. By the time LSU won the NC and #18 was a big part of it... they shut up (well most of them anyway). I suspect the same will happen if/when Les Miles leads LSU to another SEC championship and possibly plays for the BCS NC again... if the man can put up with the crap he hears weekly if it's not this year (which NOBODY predicted, to the best of my knowledge).

I'm embarressed that there are fans out there that support this arse clowns decision to start JJ over Lee. By supporting Miles, you are saying F you to the entire team who bust their butts to win a championship, just to have Miles limit them with his stupidity.
I don't care if Miles goes 10-2, I'd still fire him for being an idiot and embarressing this program every week. say what you want but it's our assistant coaches and players winning. miles is holding them back.

Miles can only blame himself for the backlash. Continuing to start JJ and give him significant snaps is indefensible.
It angers me just thinking about it.
