Got to suck to be stuck on the bench while watching someone else frick up continuously and still start.

Has to really bring morale down to know that playing well does not go hand and hand with playing time.

It's obvious that Miles is inflated with Pride and has a far greater Ego than any imagined. One of the most commonly used statements used and heard regarding Miles is that "He's a Nice Guy"! Well I'm tired of hearing this "He's a Nice Guy" crap! That's bullshite. He's NOT a nice guy. Miles is a Dick-Head and an Ego Maniac. He's Hard Headed, Bellegerant and has "Drawn the Line in the Sand" against a loyal LSU fanbase. He is "hell bent" on doing it his way, despite what EVERYONE ELSE (national/local sports media, TV announcers, LSU Fans, etc.) thinks, sees, hears and knows. He does'nt try to explain, answer or justify anything he says or does no matter how unpopular and unreasonable. He does not care what his "customers" want (he works for us). No matter how many comments, jokes, questions and/or pressure that is asked and/or placed upon him - the more he bucks and sticks to his ill fated plans and strategies. He does'nt owe ANYBODY any explanation or answer. It's his way by damned. Let me tell you something..........Miles has no strategy! There IS no rhyme or reason to what he does or says. I used to think he avoided questions and played things "close to the vest" to keep our competitors in the dark. That's not the case. He has no strategy. He does'nt know. He does the same thing over and over no matter how often it does'nt work and/or fails (J. Jefferson and the option). He has buffaloed us and conned his way through his coaching duties/responsibilities. He should have started playing J. Lee in the Vanderbilt game. He has set J. Lee up to fail against our strongest opponents with no significant playing time. He would have never put LEE in to begin with if it had'nt been that Tiger Stadium bood him and his job was on the line. He's like the kid down the street who has/owns the ball. If you don't play by the rules he sets and the way he wants - he's taking the ball back home with him. He's a big baby who can't believe the fans have turned on him. Did you see his demeanor in the press conference on Monday? He's thoroughly disgusted with us fans and the local sports media. He can't stand being questioned. He's going to do it his way - irregardless of what/how the facts and the data show ( Jarrett Lee vs Jefferson's performance). Miles has done a piss poor job with world class athletes, outstanding talent, incredible facilities and the very best fans in the world. He is an imposter. And he does'nt care any more. He's doing it (starting/playing Jefferson) in spite of us!

but i fear neither has improved and never will.

this wont prove anything because Lee hasnt played enough this year, but im posting it anyway.

in his first 5 games, jordan was 36 for 73. 49 percent. in his last 5 games, he's 46 out of 89. 51 percent.

in 2008, Lee was 143 out of 269. thats 53 percent. this year he's 18 out of 25. 72 percent.

so clearly jordan hasnt improved, he's exactly where he was when he started, but it seems as if Lee at least might have.

Don't know where the "Jefferson dislikes the two QB system" thread went to, but Miles can thank himself for the horrible attitude that JJ has. By telling him that he's good all this time when he's not has convinced him that he really is. I mean, to say that the "two QB system is what's keeping him from getting in a rhythm" shows what hearing this sugar-coated BS has done to him. No wonder he was so shocked to hear boos after his abyssmal performance. I'm afraid he is in for a rude awakening as he slowly learns that he really is on the bottom of the college QB scale.

Jefferson starts. Means rerad option is the first play. Lee comes in on 3rd and 14.

I see you noticed that same thing against Tennessee......and you know what even though they continued to put Lee in in situations that would hair lip Brett Favre he continued to produce.

Les thinks the arrangement vs. Tennessee worked... after all, we won the game.

Unless Lee told him he feels more comfortable coming off the bench this is a totally selfish move by Miles... meant to save his own face. Or he's as stupid as I portrayed in the first paragraph.
