Next time I go to the stadium I'm gonna rip out my chair back and take it home. I might chip out a few bricks from the stadium too, It's my right.

how in the hell does that in any way respond to the text you quoted? The mounds have barriers at the bottom against the street that doesn't let anything go anywhere. They're not being worn down. Tell me where all the dirt is going if these kids are destroying the mounds.
