So, today's weigh in comes in at 253 even, which is officially the 60 pound mark. Prior to today, my previous low had been 253.8 which I think I hit 3 different times. Each time the next weigh in would have an up-tick. Good way to start the day.

Was in the gym last night and my workout seemed a bit too easy so I added in 5x5 squats. I know I've lost my mind when I start adding squats to the workout when they aren't even called for in my routine...they're *almost* enjoyable now.
