Went to the doctor Monday. I am officially down 13 pounds. Then another pound down this morning. Pretty much eat paleo plus cheese and greek yogurt. Very low Carb but too much fruit to be keto. Doc was impressed with A1C numbers. First time in a long time I have heard good news from doc. I am also allergic to yeast so hopefully the no Carb is part of why my asthma seems a little better. :fingerscrossed: I will throw an IRL party for you guys if I get to the point I can actually exercise again. My husband mentioned trying to walk again in fall and I couldn't believe it. I did risk a lap in the pool on vacation at the end of June. Only had a minor asthma attack not a major one. But it was worth it since it has been years since I swam.

That's great news madam squirrel. Sounds like walking would be a great goal for you this fall.

Even if you start out just walking around the block, I bet it would help. Now obviously I'm not a doctor or expert, but I would think that if you can build strength in your diagphragm and lungs by exercising, maybe it would help with the asthma. But I know your asthma is pretty debilitating.
