Ways To Boost Metabolism:
1. Keep daily calories above 1,200.
2. Pump iron.
3. Keep moving.
4. Eat Seaweed.
5. Dress salads with vinaigrette.
6. Go fish.
7. Change up your caloric intake.
8. Get more dairy.
9. Eat more watermelon.
10. Opt for organic.

Well yesterday was a bad day. Today hasn't started off good but I'm not letting another whole day go to waste. I'm back on. I was too scared to weigh this morning.

I agree with those except for #1. If you are eating a deficit, your body is in a catabolic state and over a long period of time, your metabolism can slow down. I do agree that you should keep calorie consumption above 1200 but there's no magical number for anyone..

This is good stuff.

I've changed my diet a lot recently. To the point on most weekdays I'd consume less than 1,200 calories some days. My fitness pal warned me it was no good. So now I'm trying to add stuff back in to get my metabolism going at a good rate.
