Low - 160.5
Re-fattening Peak - 206

Contest Starting Weight {office scale} - 200.2
Current Weight {office scale} - 190.4
Current Competition Loss - 9.8
Day 23 of 90
Yesterday's Calorie Count - 1450

I felt it was important to show my LOW. People need to see how fast it can come back on if you temporarily toss in the towel.

My main competition in the Biggest Loser Contest had a bad week. In fact many of the contestants had a bad week.

I jumped from 3rd to 1st place. I have a 4.9% loss followed by 4.18% and 4.05%.

I'm hoping for similar results next week. I want to build a little bit of a lead so I have a bit of breathing room.

Still not sure what is happening with Atkins. The magic isn't working. I'm going to have to break out some measuring cups on everything I eat because I might be taking in a few more carbs than I think I am. Even so, it has to be pretty damn close to just 20.

I still can't decide if I should hit the bike hard. Adding muscle could stall my weight loss, but I could also be using that as an excuse.

Wednesday's Temptations

The garlic bread was actually the hardest to avoid. The aroma set off the cookie monster part of my brain. I've only had pasta about 3 or 4 times in the last 3 years. I miss you pasta!

Myth, if you want to win, avoid the chronic.

If I hit the chronic I would weigh 12,000 pounds.

The faster you lose it, the faster it will come back. Thank atkins. That's why it will always be a fad diet. To think you guys used to argue otherwise

I still argue it Lester. Atkins has nothing to do with my gain, my mouth does.

By the way I'm still down over 130 pounds from 3 years ago. I love the fad.

have a nice day.

Hulk is down over 100 for over a year.

Tell us your diet Leslie, it sure didn't help you.

You gained back 46lbs. I really don't have to argue with you about anything. If it weren't a fad, you wouldn't have stopped. And certainly wouldn't have packed on 46lbs as quick as you did.

You don't need to know my diet. Just know I haven't gained weight in 3 years. Even when I binge for a week or 2, say on vacation, I don't gain weight. Whenever I've list weight it's always been slow and steady. Diet & exercise. And it's stayed off.

Everyone in this thread that has been doing Atkins have not stuck with it. Says enough.

And you are a liar. In this thread you wanted to lose weight and never could. Thus you only come in to tell people what they did wrong.

Show us pictures Leslie. In this thread you never could lose any weight. In fact, your last attempt before you completely gave up, you asked about Atkins.

You look pretty stupid telling me at 187 three years after being 330 pounds that my choice of diets was a failure.

Really leslie, you look stupid. Keep it up.

And, I've dropped almost 20 since that repeak using Atkins.

I'm sorry man, but you can't get me mad by making things up about me.

However I've seen to have struck a nerve. Usually means I've said something factual.

I've never told people they do things wrong. I just gave a different perspective when you guys thought there was only one way to do it. Over the course of a few weeks & 46lbs later you were night quiet.

.

I said you failed? When? You're an emotional bitch.

I simply said when you lost weight at a rapid rate, it will pack back on just as quick. Which is what all fad diets do.

Never said you failed. You just got content.

Your reading comprehension is about as bad as your ability to keep weight off. You've routinely misquoted & misinterpreted me whenever I post in this thread. You're way too defensive & it clouds your mind.

Myth, my chronic reference was to the bike. you know weight loss is from diet, fitness is from exercise. you can do both, but adding muscle won't lead to victory in a weight loss competition.
the visitor showed up to challenge you. i can only suggest that you accept his comments for what they are:
his acknowledgement of his superiority.

that's not the part that I said wasnt true.

the part about me never losing weight. i guess you just assumed? not sure.

you checked in for weeks and was gaining 46lbs in the process and never said anything. very inspiring

I said plenty. You are the one lying. I've posted in this thread almost daily since it opened up.

I was embarrassed to post my weight when it shot up but I still posted in the thread and I manned up and I stuck it in my info as I said to warn people how easily we can slip back into our bad habits.

I continue to be positive and supportive of the people in this thread while you continue to be an arse. Fact. As is the fact I am 187 and not 323.

Thanks to Atkins.
