Well, I'm in.
I'm 6'2" and have a lean build. Which makes me look even more ridiculous now because I still have skinny legs and skinny arms, but with a fat gut.
Would like to be back to what I weighed when I was 19. My goal is to get there by July (or if I get there earlier, to stay there through July and beyond)
Started a workout program (insanity) a week ago.
Eating healthier. I already don't eat a lot of fast food or processed junk food. I don't really eat sweets, either. My problem is I completely pig out when having family dinners. It's such a social thing. Example: 10 slices of pizza during New Year's Eve with my wife's family. Several times during Christmas holiday with my family, I would eat 3 or 4 full plates of my mother's food. If I cook at home for me and my wife, I make a double portion for myself (ie, two steaks)
