Sirloin makes great hamburgers, thats it.

Not even a real steak (unless you go to Chili's )

I've always liked your posts, except for this one...you couldn't be more wrong ... I feel like sirloin taste more like BEEF than any other cut.... you'd like to turn my pic into hamburger ?

The beat piece of meat at tx de brazil was the sirloin. I had no idea sirloin could be so tasty.

Sirloin is THE only steak I buy or order at a restaurant.

I am not much of a steak man. My favorite is prime rib with the horsey sauce.

I use to manage a steak house in Atlanta. We had 5 cuts, NY Strip, Ribeye, Prime Rib, Filet, and T-Bone.

I've come to realize I'd rather have sirloin than a fatty-arse ribeye, even if it is a little less tender. I was actually wondering today which is the better cut at Albertson's, the top sirloin they have on sale now or the "petite sirloin" (UN-seasoned) I've bought before. I think the latter is bottom sirloin, which is supposed to be inferior? (No pun intended.)

Sirloin might actually be my favorite. Cheap and tasty.

it's my favorite cut. just has to be thick and medium rare.

If prime rib is your best you need to stop talking about sirloin right now. You got that one just right Zilla.
