Office Space in BR

I am looking for some office space to lease in Baton Rouge somewhere near the Airline/Coursey/Sherwood area. I'm not from BR and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on agents or anyone with office space in that area. Thanks.

If you're looking for a place to just hang your hat, try looking on Bricksome Avenue (just off S. Sherwood Forest Blvd.).
There are some older buildings off Bricksome that Donnie Jarreau has and I believe he rents them for less than $500.00 per month.
I wouldn't advise you to bring clients to your office, as the buildings aren't necessarily the nicest, but it may suit you well and certainly won't break your budget.

what sort of time frame are you looking at and how much space ?
