1. They hve been sucking off Revis all year and he is a black CB.

2. Manning is just loved by the media ridiculously no matter what. I don't know if tht has anything to do with him being white as Brees has been just as good and been shite on until now.

3. I don't really give a shite if they shale hands, buy it is bs to criticize Lebron and not Manning.

What they can't handle is that Manning was heralded as the Grand Master chessman who was able to stay ten moves ahead of his opponents.

...and in the end he had to admit that he left his king wide open by taking his standard first down play for granted. Turns out... defenses watch game tapes too.

Whitlock is the sports world version of Jessie Jackson. Making a living by playing the race card. When in reality they are racist

Not sure how Barack made it into this discussion. Not gonna lie though, I don't care for his politics. I think it's bull to say that anybody who disagrees with him is doing so based only on race though. Hell, I like Nancy Pelosi less than I like Barack, but I'm sure that's just because I'm sexist.

Please READ THE ENTIRE ARTICLE!!!!

He was off base but I believe he was trying to explain the spin doctoring going on Monday morning after the SB. Just think about it...everyone was to blame except Manning (offensive line, Reggie Wayne)

These "Men In Peyton's Crack" first trampled Reggie Wayne's reputation, blaming the receiver for lazily telegraphing the route that led to Manning's game-deciding pick-six interception. The MIPC next resorted to diversionary tactics, blasting Pierre Garcon for dropping a second-quarter pass, Hank Baskett for failing to field an onside kick and Jim Caldwell for daring to ask his offense to run the ball on third-and-1 from deep inside Indy territory.

Finally, the director of the MIPC, Colts president/general manager Bill Polian, took the drastic step of throwing Manning's offensive line under the bus, claiming the unit that didn't allow a Super Bowl sack and opened running lanes that produced 5.2 yards per carry was "outplayed pretty decisively" by the Saints' defensive line.

Mission accomplished. Hardly anyone noticed -- or commented -- Manning duplicated LeBron James' sore-loser routine, walking off the field without congratulating any of his opponents.

What annoys me is the hype, the apologists, the he-does-no-wrong treatment from my peers in the media. It's the same thing that bothers me about LeBron James and used to bother me about Brett Favre. Based solely on potential, they're prematurely anointed a level of greatness their accomplishments haven't earned.

quote:

He blew the game with a horrible INT. He took some air out of his hype balloon. The Men In Peyton's Crack don't want to admit it. They foolishly compare Manning to John Elway, claiming that, like Elway early in his career, Manning suffers from a weak supporting cast. Manning's defenders have the audacity to say that Terrell Davis carried Elway to his two Super Bowl victories.

Pretty damned spot on in my opinion.

ok, let's look at that. The Colts' o-line is mostly white guys. So .... what's dude's point? I was in the French Quarter to watch the SB and afterwards. I saw just as many blacks as whites wearing Brees jerseys. I saw just as many whites as blacks wearing Bush, Colston, etc. jerseys. Sure, racism still exists. But to use the SB as a platform to force some bullshite agenda like Whitlock is reprehensible. The guy has a position and by God he'll use any situation, forced or otherwise, to advance that position. You know, the media in general, all colors, blow dog and are attention whore muckrakers.

He makes a valid point?

His point is a similar one to the man who sleeps with many women is revered, yet a woman who sleeps with many men is a whore.

I would prefer to read more about attempting to change the number of hours in a day.

i'll never read anything that idiot writes again, which has only been a couple of times before.

i've never thought that if a white qb made a td pass, then therefore he outsmarted a black cb. that's idiotic.

this guy sounds like one of the true racist blacks, as a fellow good black friend of mine once told me. "You ride in a car with a black, if they drive, then they're the chaffeur/slave. If you drive, then they're not worthy of driving or owning a car". either way you can't win.........
